How We Use “Cookies” and Other Similar Tracking Technologies
(1) What are “Cookies”Cookies are small files stored on your computer, mobile phone or any other smart terminal device by the Store server when you log in to the Store or browse the Store content. They usually contain identifiers, the Store name and some numbers and characters. When you visit the Store again, the Store can recognize your browser through the Cookie. Cookies may store user preferences and other information.
(2) How We Use “Cookies”When you use our Store, we may collect the device model, operating system, device identifier and login IP address information of the personal data subject through Cookies or similar technologies, and cache the browsing and click information of the personal data subject in order to view the network environment of the personal data subject. (1) Processing and UseCertain functions of the Store may be provided by our third-party partners, and we may entrust partners (including technical service providers) to process some of your personal data. For example, when you use the automatic payment function, we may ask a third-party payment company to process your credit card information in order to charge you the relevant service fees according to your instructions; when using SHOPLINE Payments, we may ask third-party service providers to process the personal data of you and your customers. - Sharing with SHOPLINE and SHOPLINE’s affiliates: In order to provide you with SHOPLINE products and services, make recommendations that may interest you, resolve account issues, and protect the personal and property safety of our affiliates or other users or the public, you acknowledge and agree that we may share the personal data of you and your customers with our affiliates. We will only share personal data to the extent necessary and will be bound by the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. If we share sensitive personal data or our affiliates use and process personal data for different purposes, we will seek your authorization and consent again.
- Sharing with our third-party partners: We will only share personal data for legitimate, justified, necessary, specific and clear purposes, and will only share the personal data necessary to provide relevant services to you or your customers. We will not share personal data that can identify you unless otherwise provided by law or regulation. Typically, these third-party partners are also data controllers and will process personal data in their own accounts after obtaining your consent. Such partners may have their own separate privacy policies and user agreements.
In addition, when we use the Store, we may use third-party functions or services (including applications from the Apps Store, payment gateways or logistics service providers). Please note that such functions or services are provided by third parties. The rules and procedures described in this Privacy Policy do not apply to such third-party functions and services. (3) TransferIn principle, we will not transfer the control of personal data to any third party, except in the following circumstances:

- Related to fulfilling our obligations under laws and regulations;
- Directly related to national security or national defense security;
- Directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
- Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution;
- To protect the major legitimate rights and interests of you or any other person in life or property, but it is difficult to obtain the authorization and consent of that person;
- The personal data involved has been disclosed by you to the public;
- The personal data involved was collected from legally and publicly disclosed information;
- Transfer in the event of a change in the operating entity after acquisition, merger, reorganization or bankruptcy.
Note: If transmission is required for the above reasons, we will inform you of the purpose and type of information and the transferee (if sensitive information is involved, we will also notify you) before transmission and obtain your consent, unless otherwise provided by law or regulation. The transferee will continue to perform the personal data-related obligations under this agreement. If we go bankrupt or cease operations and there is no transferee, we will delete or anonymize your personal data.
(4) Public DisclosureIn principle, we will not disclose your personal data to the public or undefined groups, but we may disclose your personal data in accordance with our agreement with you or applicable laws and regulations.
MinorsThis Store is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at the above address to request deletion.
Your Rights and ChoicesFor the personal data we collect from you, we provide you with certain choices, such as how we use this information and how we communicate with you.
