PICKY PARROT e-shop "Credit" Terms and Conditions

1. The "Credits" plan is only applicable for use at PICKY PARROT e-shop.

2. Customers must have a PICKY PARROT e-shop membership account to earn "Credits". In addition, $1 "Credits" is equivalent to $1.

3. For Normal Members, you will receive $10 "Credits" on your birthday / VIP members will receive $15 "Credits" on your birthday, which can be used within one month.

4. Get $5 "Credits" when you register for the first time.

5. Earning "Credits": Any order at PICKY PARROT e-shop, for Normal members, can earn 3% of the total order amount as "Credits"; for VIP members, can earn 5% of the total order amount as "Credits". If "Credits" have decimal points, they will be rounded up and valid for 1 year.

6. Earning "Credits" is calculated based on the discounted amount of the purchase. Any offers/discounts used in this order are not included (including: discounts, coupons, cash vouchers, shopping credits, etc.).

7. Only completed orders are eligible to earn "Credits". "Credits" not awarded due to any special circumstances will not be reissued. You can only earn "Credits" once per transaction, and split orders will not be accepted.

8. Using "Credits": You can use "Credits" when you spend over $50.

9. "Credits" must be used at the time of order placement. Unused valid shopping credits will not be re-credited under any circumstances.

10. Unlimited "Credits" can be used for each order. (The total order amount must be positive.)

11. "Credits" cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, offers, or discounts.

12. "Credits" cannot be gifted or transferred to others for use, nor can they be combined with other members' "Credits".

13. All offers, including "Credits" issued in one-off promotions, will be subject to special promotional terms and conditions and may expire after the promotion ends.

14. The use of "Credits" is subject to the rules of PICKY PARROT e-shop. For details, please visit this webpage or call 2948-5006.

15. All records (including but not limited to "Credits" records) shall be subject to the records of PICKY PARROT e-shop and shall not be subject to objection.

16. Any misconduct, fraud, improper use of PICKY PARROT e-shop’s offers, or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of membership and cancellation of all points. PICKY PARROT e-shop may take action against any such violation. Recover compensation for any losses caused by PICKY PARROT e-shop.

17. PICKY PARROT e-shop reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, PICKY PARROT e-shop reserves the right to make the final decision.
