Delivery Methods
Door-to-Door Delivery
- Orders will be shipped approximately 1-2 business days after placement, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Each order accepts only one delivery address; no specific delivery date or time can be specified.
- Delivery is only accepted to addresses within Hong Kong.
- If the customer instructs the courier to leave the package unattended, the customer assumes all risks.
- If the customer is unable to receive the package on time due to personal reasons, they must contact the logistics provider to make arrangements. Any additional charges incurred by the logistics provider in this situation will be borne by the customer.
- Actual arrival date is affected by factors such as courier service and weather.
SF Smart Locker/Self-Pickup Point
- SF Express has discontinued SMS notifications. All package self-pickup notifications have been changed to push notifications via the official mobile application "SFHK App". Please download the application and enable push notifications to avoid affecting delivery.
- If additional charges are incurred due to failure to pick up the package in a timely manner, the customer shall bear the costs.
